Hey there, I’m Laura!
What came first, the camera or the chef’s hat? I’m not really sure … I distinctly remember climbing onto Mum’s worktop and attempting to make choux pastry at the age of 6. I could read a recipe and follow it, so why not? Whereas, I may have been just a year or 2 older when I was given my first disposable camera as a holiday present.
I got a disposable camera regularly in the holidays proceeding until I could buy my own point and shoot, and all the while continued my kitchen experiments. Making up recipes, seeing what happened if… oh, and mastering the art of choux pastry. And so the story continues, until the passions crossed paths and someone headed me down this mouth-watering road of FOOD PHOTOGRAPHY!
